Return of registrations

As of November 14, 2020, the organization had to make the decision to reimburse the registration for those registered in the Zarauzko Triatloia. Refunds were returned to the credit card used at the time of enrollment.

On the one hand, the situation at the time of Covid-19 did not guarantee us the celebration of the Zarauzko Triatloia that would take place in June 2021 and, on the other hand, we had to make the decision due to the deadline for the return of the payment system (POS) that we use for registrations.

Payment system (POS)

Through the payment system (POS), we could make automatic refunds until November 14, 2020. From that day on, all refunds should be made by bank transfer. For this, we should ask each registered for their checking account number and with the return to the card we wanted to avoid any errors that may occur when entering the numbers manually.

Covid-19 situation and decision

Since the Covid-19 situation had not improved and we had no guarantee that the Zarauzko Triatloia could be held in June 2021, the Board of Directors of the Zarauzko Triatloi Elkartea made the decision to return the registration fee to each triathlete.

All the triathletes who were registered will keep their number for the next edition.

Refund to credit card

We want to remind all participants that the refund is paid to the credit card with which they registered. The movement of the return must be seen in the card register and not in the current account that the card is linked to.

The POS used by the Organization was the property of the Euskal Triatloi Federazioa and in case of having any problem due to the non-refund of the registration, each triathlete would have to contact the Federation through the following email: a.mendez@triatloi.org
